was opened in 1994 and has become one of Bunbury's luxury high rise living apartments. It is now home to some of Bunbury's most expensive lifestyle apartments.

The Bunbury Silos Apartment complex is located off Casuarina drive, in Holman Way, Bunbury, Western Australia. The original Cooperative Bulk Handling (CBH) grain silos were built during 1937 and was the first time a continuous concrete pour into form-work was undertaken for a major construction. The non stop concrete pouring took around 480 man hours to complete. The Silos became a major Bunbury icon and was eventually heritage listed. The Silos has now been transformed into a modern up market living complex with magnificent ocean views over Koombana Bay..
